Not every issue is a dealbreaker

Every home tells a story.

Some people walk into a house looking only for what’s wrong.

And yes, that matters. That’s part of the job.

But I’ve always believed there’s more to it than that.

When I inspect a home, I’m looking at everything: the condition, the context, the neighbourhood, the potential.

Not to convince anyone of anything, but to help people understand what they’re really looking at.

Because good decisions don’t come from fear…they come from clarity.

Because good decisions start with good information.
