Hi, I’m Danny
I’m a certified home inspector based in Calgary, and I approach this work with a focus on clarity and practicality.
Before becoming a home inspector, I spent years in education—learning how to take complex information and make it easy to understand. That same approach carries into every inspection I perform.
My goal is simple: to give you clear, honest information so you can move forward with confidence.

How I approach inspections
Inspections are performed in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice and focus on visible, accessible systems and components of the home.
More importantly, I aim to communicate what I find in a calm, practical way—so you’re not overwhelmed or left guessing.
What makes this different
-
Clear, easy-to-understand reporting
-
Focus on what matters most
-
Calm, non-alarmist approach
-
Built for real-world decisions
What guides my work
My approach to this work is shaped by both my professional background and my faith.
Over time, my faith became an important foundation for growth, discipline, and accountability.
That carries into how I show up for my clients—with honesty, clarity, and a genuine desire to help people make confident decisions.
Why this matters
A home inspection shouldn’t create confusion or unnecessary stress. It should give you clarity and confidence in your next step—whether that’s moving forward, negotiating, or planning repairs.
Because good decisions start with good information.
