About SOLIDStEP INSPECTIONS
Hi, I’m Danny, the founder of SOLIDStEP INSPECTIONS.
My background in teaching and hands-on construction gives me a practical understanding of how homes are built and how they perform over time. As a teacher, I learned how to explain complex things in a clear and straightforward way — and that carries directly into how I communicate during an inspection.
Every inspection is approached with attention to detail and respect for your situation. The goal is not just to identify issues, but to also report on them in a way that is easy to understand and focused on what matters.
After all, good decisions start with good information.
Inspections are performed in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
